How do I register my warranty?
Your warranty is automatically registered with your purchase. Simply keep your order confirmation email and any photos of your application process as documentation. No additional registration is required.
Is the warranty transferable if I sell my home?
Yes! Our warranty transfers to new property owners. Simply provide the new owner with your original proof of purchase and application date. They can contact us to update the warranty records.
What documentation do I need for a claim?
You'll need your original order confirmation, photos of the affected area, the date of application, and photos showing the application process if available. The more documentation you have, the faster we can process your claim.
How long does the claims process take?
Most claims are reviewed within 5-7 business days. If approved, replacement product is typically shipped within 2-3 business days. Complex claims requiring inspection may take longer.
Does the warranty cover labor costs for reapplication?
Our warranty covers replacement product only, not labor costs for removal or reapplication. However, we provide free technical support to guide you through the reapplication process.
